Paediatric OT Services

Helping Kids Thrive

We understand that children grow, learn and engage with the world in unique ways. Our Paediatric OT service supports children from early childhood through to pre-teens to build confidence, independence and essential life skills.

We help children develop the skills they need to participate fully in everyday life — from play and school tasks to self-care and social participation — using evidence-based, child-centred approaches. Paediatric OT is about helping kids do what matters in their world.

Our Approach

Our approach is strengths-based, neuroaffirming, and tailored to each child’s individual goals.

Paediatric OT helps children develop the functional skills they need for:

Our Philosophy

We celebrate strengths.
We respect neurodiversity.
We prioritise participation.

We work alongside families to build sustainable strategies that continue beyond therapy.

We believe therapy should feel supportive, empowering and practical.

Our focus is not just on skill-building in a session, but on helping children succeed in their real world.
