About Our Services

ChelleCare provides in-depth experience working with people with a wide range of medical conditions, disabilities and/or injuries, particularly:

• Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI)

• ASD - Autism Spectrum Disorder

• ADHD - Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder

• Cognitive/Intellectual disabilities

• Dementia and related conditions

• Psychosocial disabilities (Mental health conditions)

• Physical disabilities (including Spinal cord injuries)

In doing so, our Occupational Therapy (OT) services provide assessments/services to address a range of challenges, including:

• Cognitive function – memory, planning, organisation and executive skills

• Community access and social participation

• Communication skills

• Activities of daily living (otherwise referred to as ADL’s):

• Personal ADL’s – showering/drying, dressing, personal hygiene etc

• Domestic ADL’s – cooking, cleaning, domestic duties, gardening etc
