Adolescent Services

Supporting teenagers to build confidence, independence, and real-world skills

For some teens, these changes can feel overwhelming. Our OT services support young people to build the skills they need to feel confident and capable in everyday life, at school, and in the community.

We work collaboratively with teens, families, schools, and other professionals to deliver practical, goal-focused therapy that is meaningful, relevant, and grounded in real life.

How We Work

Teen-centred:

We involve teens in goal-setting and decision-making
