To make the most of your first session, it's helpful to bring: • Any GP referral or specialist letters • Your NDIS plan (if applicable) or details of your funding • A list of current medications • Any previous reports (e.g. from hospitals, schools, or other therapists) • A support person if you'd like one — parents, carers, and family members are always welcome

Initial assessments typically run 60–90 minutes. Follow-up therapy sessions are generally 45–60 minutes. Functional Capacity Assessments, Home assessments and Driver assessments may take longer. We'll give you a clear timeframe when you enquire/book.

We understand that life happens. We ask that you give us at least 2 business days' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements. If you need to cancel, please email us as early as possible so we can offer the time to another participant.

Yes, some services can be delivered via telehealth (video call). This is particularly useful for follow-up sessions, consultations, and some capacity building work. Please note that certain assessments - particularly Home assessments and Driver assessments — must be conducted in person. Contact us to discuss whether telehealth is suitable for your needs.
